The system design algorithms were complex and required collaboration and analysis with our Suppliers and our Software group. Ultimately, the simulations provided our Customer with a rare insight into scheduling and material movement algorithms which informed equipment selections and allowed us to make modifications to our software in advance of equipment arrival and commissioning. This saved not only direct capital from right sizing equipment, but also substantial resource hours in the field during the commissioning process.
